 ay vote and nominate. Proxy votes are note accepted. Non-ordinary members
  may attend if invited\, but may only observe unless invited to speak by t
 he Chair.AttendanceMembers may attend online. To help us manage attendance
  and meet quorum requirements (minimum 10 ordinary members)\, please accep
 t the calendar invitation for this meeting. This helps the club track expe

 committee roles are now open! You can view a list of available roles\, th
 eir responsibilities\, and the benefits of becoming a committee member her
 eWho can nominate? Any ordinary member (currently enrolled Curtin student
  and current club member). You can still submit a nomination even if you 
 cannot attend the AGM\, however\, only ordinary members who attend the AGM
  will be eligible to vote. Proxy votes are note accepted.How to nominate?
  Submit your nomination via our website\, by navigating to the 'Membershi
 p' page and applying for 2027 Committee Role Nominations/EOIs. This can be
  done here Nominations Close: 15th November\, 2026Executive roles (Presi
 dent\, Vice President\, Treasurer\, Secretary\, Events Manager) will be el
 ected at the AGM. Other roles may be filled later by the incoming committe
 e. Expressions of interest for additional roles are also welcome. The mee
